Tensile Testing
Evaluating the mechanical properties of materials under uniaxial tension including Elevated tensile testing.
Impact & Izod Testing
Assessing the impact toughness of materials.
Bend Testing
Determining the ductility and resistance to fracture.
Hardness Testing
Measuring the hardness of materials using various scales.
Metallurgical Testing
Microscopic testing including Macro, Micro, Decarburisation, Ferrite counts*, Corrosion*, Volume Fraction* Inclusions counts and Grain sizes.
Full-Size/Wedge Tensile Testing & Proof loads
Conducting tensile tests on complete components or products.
Chemical Analysis (OES)
To determine the proportion of elements that are present in a test sample to ensure the desired chemical properties are obtained.
Prevailing Torque Testing*
Measuring the resistance encountered when a threaded fastener is turned relative to its mating thread in the absence of any axial load.
Stress Rupture*
Determining the time it takes for a material to rupture under a constant load and elevated temperature.
Heat Treatment*
A process used to alter the physical and sometimes chemical properties of a material to suit your requirements.
On-Site Poldi Testing*
Providing testing services directly at the client’s location for convenience and efficiency.

We offer a premium service ensuring you receive results within a 24-hour period after receipt of your test piece. In some cases, we can offer a SAME DAY service for any time critical projects.
